IYBRI Limited One-Year Warranty
Warranty Coverage
IYBRI stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our outdoor kitchen islands and accessories. This limited warranty is provided for one (1) year from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, IYBRI will either (a) repair the product, or (b) replace the product with a new product or equivalent at our discretion.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does NOT apply in the following cases:
Damage caused by improper use, abuse, negligence, or failure to follow the usage instructions.
Damage resulting from natural disasters such as floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning, extreme environmental conditions or other acts of nature.
Damage caused by third-party repairs, plumbing installations, or unauthorized modifications.
Scratches, dents, bends, chips, cracks, or other damage resulting from improper handling, accidents, or use of inappropriate cleaning chemicals/detergents.
Damage caused by connecting the water system improperly. While IYBRI provides connectors, installation is the customer’s responsibility.
Any issues with third-party product (BBQ) components (these are covered directly by the third party, under their warranty terms).
Exclusions: Transportation Damages
This warranty does NOT cover damages that occur during delivery or transportation from our facility to your home. Please see our Return Policy for more details.
Warranty Conditions
This warranty is valid only if the following conditions are met:
The product is used for its intended purpose in residential settings.
The product has not been modified or tampered with.
The claim is made within 1 year from the date of delivery.
Process for Warranty Claims
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:
Contact Us
Email our support team at support@iybri.com within 7 days of noticing the defect or damage. Include the following:A detailed description of the issue.
Photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice).
Other supporting information may be required.Inspection
Upon receiving your claim, we will evaluate the issue. If necessary, we may arrange for an inspection of the product.Resolution
If the defect or damage is covered under this warranty and at the discretion of IYBRI, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you.
General Conditions
This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
All claims are subject to IYBRI’s discretion and evaluation.
Replaced or repaired items will only carry the remainder of the original warranty period.
Disclaimer
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. IYBRI’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product as determined by us. Under no circumstances shall IYBRI be held responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product or by a 3rd party (such as repair and plumbing installation).
IYBRI's liability is strictly limited to repairing or replacing the defective product as outlined above.
