Defected / Incorrect Item

While we take great care to ensure your outdoor kitchen island arrives in perfect condition, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes lead to defects or incorrect items being delivered. To ensure a smooth resolution, please fully inspect your kitchen island and its appliances thoroughly upon delivery.

If you identify any defects or receive an incorrect item, kindly refuse the delivery and return it with the original receipt to the delivery team. In cases where the defect is not immediately apparent, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. The IYBRI team will inspect your kitchen island and if a defect or error is identified, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving issues swiftly and effectively.

Change of Mind

We understand that circumstances may change. You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your kitchen island. To be eligible for a return, the kitchen island, along with all appliances and features must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and accompanied with the original receipt.

Please note, delivery charges (both delivery and return) will apply for returns due to a change of mind.

IYBRI reserves the right to inspect the product prior to accepting the return. Returns may be refused if the item shows signs of use or damage. Items that have been used, damaged (including third-party installations), or altered will not qualify for a refund.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order anytime before it is delivered. A full refund will be issued to you if the cancellation is received before the kitchen island is dispatched. However, delivery charges will apply if the cancellation is received after the kitchen island is dispatched.

Fulgor Milano Barbeque

Your Fulgor Milano barbeque is secured with a warranty as per the product manual that accompanies the product packaging. All warranty requests are handled directly by IYBRI. To initiate a request, please contact us and provide your original receipt.

Raising a Return Request

If your request is due to a defective item, please notify the delivery team immediately upon inspection. Do not accept the kitchen island, instead have it returned via the delivery team.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. For card payments, the refund will be processed to the same card used for the purchase. The processing time for your refund depends on your bank’s policy.

To qualify for a return, the kitchen island, along with all appliances and features must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. IYBRI shall not be held liable for damages resulting from faulty installation or any damages caused during installation.
