Return Policy

1. Returns And Cancellations

At IYBRI, each outdoor kitchen is crafted to order, offering customers the opportunity to personalize colors, finishes and configurations. Due to the customized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed.

2. Defective / Incorrect Item

We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and inspect every product before dispatch. In the rare event that your outdoor kitchen arrives defective or damaged, please notify us immediately. To ensure a smooth resolution, please fully inspect your kitchen island and its appliances thoroughly upon delivery.

If you identify any defects or receive an incorrect item, kindly refuse the delivery and return it with the delivery team. In cases where the defect is not immediately apparent, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs and details. The kitchen island, along with all appliances and features, must be in its original, unused condition. IYBRI shall not be held liable for damages resulting from faulty installation or any damages caused during installation or by third parties.

Upon review, and if a defect is identified, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving issues swiftly and effectively.

3. Appliances

The appliances that come with you island are secured with a warranty as per their respective product manual that accompanies the product packaging. All warranty requests are handled directly by IYBRI. To initiate a request, please contact us and provide your original receipt.

4. Raising A Request

If your request is due to a defective item, please notify IYBRI and the delivery team immediately upon inspection. Do not accept the kitchen island, have it returned via the delivery team.
